These Terms & Conditions govern your use of portophu.com and the services provided by Porto Phu ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Porto Phu provides marketing and advertising services, including paid media, creative and production, social media, SEO and content, branding, and web. The scope of each engagement is defined in your selected plan or proposal.

2. Plans & Payment

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from plan fees. There are no lock-ins, and you may cancel at the end of your billing period.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver the work;
• Ensure content and claims you supply are accurate and lawful;
• Comply with applicable advertising regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Work produced for you becomes yours upon full payment. We may showcase non-confidential results in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. Fees for work already delivered remain payable.
